- Priority Shipping (10-15 days): $2.99 (Available for select locations)

Processing Times
We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed before shipping.

Delivery
Most orders will be delivered by your local postal service. If you're not home when a delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice with information about how and where you can collect your package.
Unexpected Delays
In some cases, delivery may take longer than expected due to factors such as customs processing, which we cannot control. If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to collect the package, it will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. This expense includes shipping costs and any other fees incurred. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered
Please note, we do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend having items delivered to a secure address. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at info@brushsanitize.com, and we will do our best to investigate the situation.
