Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns on products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with any return. There is no restocking fee for returned products.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
